WE ARE HIRING
Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the USA.
The successful applicant will be involved with:
- Process arrival notices from steamship lines and airlines
- Prepare and enter customs entries for various clients
- Prepare and review of shipping documents
- Control import customs and governmental documents
- Coordinate with teams internally and externally to coordinate logistics functions
- Maintain shipment files according to established procedures
- Satisfy reporting requirements set by a project or senior management
- Meet all documentation requirements
- Prepare and submit client billing
- Close shipment file according to established procedures
- Review and approve invoices against the shipment according to established procedures
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Logistics experience with an emphasis on imports or relevant degree
- Preferred Licensed Customs Broker or 3+ years entry writing experience and willingness to test for the Customs Broker License Exam
- General knowledge of import documentation and procedures
- General computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Communication skills via phone and email
