WE ARE HIRING

Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the USA.

The successful applicant will be involved with:

  • Process arrival notices from steamship lines and airlines
  • Prepare and enter customs entries for various clients
  • Prepare and review of shipping documents
  • Control import customs and governmental documents
  • Coordinate with teams internally and externally to coordinate logistics functions
  • Maintain shipment files according to established procedures
  • Satisfy reporting requirements set by a project or senior management
  • Meet all documentation requirements
  • Prepare and submit client billing
  • Close shipment file according to established procedures
  • Review and approve invoices against the shipment according to established procedures

The successful applicant will have/be:

  • Logistics experience with an emphasis on imports or relevant degree
  • Preferred Licensed Customs Broker or 3+ years entry writing experience and willingness to test for the Customs Broker License Exam
  • General knowledge of import documentation and procedures
  • General computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills via phone and email
