With the Quotation Approval Feature in BLU4U Pro, this becomes standard.
As soon as a quote has been finalized by Bertling’s Operations Team, the system sends a notification. All details can then be reviewed directly in BLU4U, and any changes can be requested in the same place. The full history provides a clear overview of who provided, approved, or rejected something – and when.
The small number in the menu bar shows how many quotations are still in “Transmitted” status, making task planning easier.
Flexible permission handling also makes it possible to define who is allowed to approve or reject quotations.
All quotes can additionally be downloaded as PDFs for record-keeping.
This ensures full control and saves valuable time.
