Real-time warehouse milestones
BLU4U tracks cargo through key warehouse milestones including Warehouse In (WHIN), Packaging (PACK), and Warehouse Out (WHOUT). Each milestone provides precise location data and estimated and actual timestamps, enabling customers to monitor progress and respond quickly.
When goods arrive at the warehouse the Material Receipts (MRs) are created, BLU4U instantly displays operational details such as purchase order information, cargo type and volume, supplier data, quantities, packaging details, and supporting documentation - ensuring full transparency from the moment cargo arrives.

Seamless shipment tracking
Once a shipment is released, cargo is picked, packed, and prepared for transport. BLU4U links the Material Receipt to the shipment, allowing customers to follow the cargo through the transport chain using the FHB Reference.
Milestone updates provide detailed insights into cargo quantities, material references, container numbers, and packing details across all transport modes - ensuring complete traceability throughout the logistics journey.
Granular cargo management
BLU4U allows users to drill down to individual purchase orders, line items, and material references, providing a detailed overview of quantities, volumes, and internal references. Integrated document management also allows users to easily upload and access supporting documentation within the platform.
Advanced reporting and dashboards
With powerful reporting capabilities, BLU4U enables customers to generate customized reports using filters such as received dates, storage-out dates, material numbers, and customer-defined references.
