The successful applicant will be involved with:
- Liaison with Operations Team Members and FH Bertling Operations Staff World Wide.
- The collection, consolidation as appropriate, transportation and tracking of goods to designated arrival point prior to ROS date or agreed site schedule;
- In Liaison with FH Bertling Third Party Suppliers, the condition of goods on arrival at destination;
- In Liaison with FH Bertling Operations Staff World Wide and Third Party Suppliers, the completeness and accuracy of Shipment Documentation and Files (Electronic and Hard Copy);
- The Timely and accurate entry of shipment and goods tracking and cost estimate information to FH Bertling's Data and Goods Tracking Systems;
- The understanding of, and familiarity, with Office Site Safety Rules and Procedures and use of PPE as appropriate.
- The compliance with FH Bertling's Quality Management Policy and Procedures.
The successful applicant will have/be:
- English Language skills _ Written and Oral
- PC literate with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint operational skills
- Literate and numerate.
- Administration skills
- Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Presentation skills
- Pragmatic approach to (and) problem solving and decision making skills
- Professional and positive approach
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Customer focused
- Multimodal
- Familiar with Incoterms
