We are proud to share a great achievement by our Singapore team, who recently coordinated a series of urgent handcarry shipments from both Singapore and Poland to a shipyard in Brownsville, USA. The deliveries contained critical electrical components for an offshore wind project, with a total weight of more than 300 kg.

This project included:
- Multiple origins: Hand carries were organized from both Singapore and Poland.
- Tight timelines: Collections and flight bookings had to be arranged within just a few hours.
- Customs challenges: Because customs clearance had to happen at the first point of entry into the US, all shipments were routed via Houston (IAH) before being hand-delivered to Brownsville.
- On-the-ground dedication: After landing, our team drove 5–6 hours overnight to ensure delivery to the yard, where technicians were waiting to receive the cargo — even at 3 am local time!
- Special arrangements: For one shipment, the urgency was so high that the client arranged a private jet to collect the cargo directly at Houston airport.
Thanks to the quick coordination, teamwork, and dedication of our colleagues, all shipments were delivered safely on time, and in full compliance with the client’s requirements. The entire process was completed to the client’s satisfaction and kept their project on track.
This success story once again proves the strength of our global network and the flexibility of our teams. The Singapore office, together with colleagues abroad, showed how we can respond to urgent requests, overcome logistical hurdles, and deliver - no matter the challenge.
