The successful applicant will be involved with:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics, freight forwarding, and project cargo sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new customers locally and internationally
• Lead business development initiatives in line with company strategies, targets, and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams including Tender & Pricing, Operations, and Finance to ensure commercial proposals meet client requirements and company standards
• Manage and oversee the bidding and tendering process including RFQs and ITTs from potential clients
• Ensure commercial competitiveness while maintaining healthy profit margins for projects and contracts
• Support other international offices within the group in developing cross-border business opportunities when required
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the logistics industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Promote a culture of Quality Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) excellence within the organization and across business activities

The successful applicant will have/be:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the international logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or operational roles within logistics, oil & gas, power energy, geothermal
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural business environment
• Strong understanding of multi-modal transportation (Sea, Air, and Land), especially in project logistics
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Experience in contract management within a logistics or transportation environment
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
