Opening horizons for youth in Atyrau

Bertling Logistics in Kazakhstan is proud to mention that it is currently employing five full time 4-year students from Atyrau Oil and Gas University in the context of a Dual Training program. The five students are distributed in different departments: financial, administrative and operational.

According to the director of the company, in the framework of dual training, students combine classes in alma mater with work in a foreign company - they study, observe the work process, assist, advise, receive consultations, so they take a direct part in the work and for the rest of the time they attend classes.

Dual Training is important because, after graduation, the students can show that they have also gained work experience along with their graduation diploma. In addition to that, they also receive payment compensation for the work done and the opportunity to improve their spoken and written knowledge in a foreign language – English in this case.
