Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Malaysia.
The successful applicant will be involved with:
- To source new business opportunities for the company that are relevant to the General Cargo products that we offer
- To maintain and build relationships with existing direct and indirect customers for the purpose of business retention and growth
- To work with our Management Team to enhance our General Cargo product portfolio
- To work with our Management Team to ensure that all appropriate due diligence is carried out and the financial interests of the company are protected
- To actively use and contribute to all company sales-related systems
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Knowledge in general cargo business by sea, air, and land
- Experience in selling air, sea, and road freight and being capable of product development
- Capable of understanding, delivering, and enhancing the Bertling customer experience
- Should have a proven track record in the industry and own network connections
- Must be highly driven and self-motivated
- Conscientious and committed to quality in all duties
